Hey guys, so this was a music video I had been working on for quite some time now. First, I composed the beat, and produced the instrumental using FL Studio. Then wrote the rap lyrics to make it a song. It’s funny because I actually came up with the lyrics for the song’s chorus / hook while I was in the shower. As I was showering, I was just freestyling random sentences, and when this hook rolled off my tongue, I had to step out of the shower immediately to write it down. After I laid the vocals for the hook down, it only helped make the rest of the song’s lyrics easier to finish. And finally after recording the vocals, I mixed all the tracks together, and here is my final result. Once my song was done, I recorded the video footage at home, and played around with some effects in Windows Movie Maker, and WAH-LAH!! Hope ya enjoy! =)
Oh… by the way… the idea I came up with to close caption this video was freakishly time-consuming, but I managed to do a fairly good job on it, and I believe it was well worth it. Try watching the video at normal, do you get distracted? Does your mind only let you focus on the video footage or the lyrics popping on the screen? Either way, I think you should really watch this video at least TWICE just to make sure you get the most out of it like I do. You should also watch the video in HD (HIGH quality) in order to really enjoy the song. I hope you guys enjoy the video, and if not, it’s fine because I enjoy this video. And this video was made for people who enjoy what I enjoy. =)
